Versace x met gala

To celebrate the opening of “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion & the Catholic Imagination”, Sweet Saba created giant candy rosaries and papal rings, flavored with champagne and encrusted in edible gold. Traditional religious motifs were replaced with Versace’s classic Medusa portraits and gilded chain link. Guests of the gala were treated to a wearable piece of art to compliment their red carpet looks.
