Site specific installation in collaboration with concept store All Too Human and Spanish couture house Delpozo. Maayan created cane and beet sugar renditions of animated earrings seen on Delpozo runway, along with wall pieces depicting embroidery & beading by designer Josep Font.

Cherry Blossom Earrings

Delicately cast sugar beads and pearl strands make up a pair of couture runway earrings in homage to Delpozo collection. Each piece is hand carved and polished then arranged into kinetic edible sculptures. The Pair sit atop carved “stone” made of crushed peppermint candy, the piece smells sweet and fresh, and tastes of grapefruit, ginger, and rose wine.
